Important Next Steps for Accepted Papers – IDASS 2025
This message provides guidance on the Two Essential Actions required to ensure your paper is included in the official conference proceedings. Each action is straightforward and easy to complete.
1. Sign the IEEE Copyright Agreement via EasyChair. Please complete the copyright transfer for your paper by following these steps:
Step 1.1. Log in to your EasyChair account
Step 1.2. On the top bar, click "Alerts".
Step 1.3. Under "Alerts", click on the magnifying glass "view" icon next to the alert for "IEEE copyright agreement for paper <YOUR PAPER TITLE>".
Step 1.4. Click "Sign IEEE Copyright Form" and follow on-screen instructions to complete your copyright form.
Important: The deadline for step 1 is November 21, 2025. This is a hard deadline, as the EasyChair license will expire after that date. Failure to complete this step will result in your paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.
2. Certify Your Paper with IEEE PDF eXpress. Please certify your paper with IEEE PDF eXpress by following these steps:
Step 2.1. If you do NOT yet have an IEEE PDF eXpress account, please visit https://ieee-pdf-express.org and click “Create account” at the bottom of the page. Then use our Conference ID 66791X, along with your own email address and your own password to create an account, and press the “SUBMIT” button. You will receive a verification email from IEEE PDF eXpress. Please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your account creation. If you do not see the verification email, please check your spam message box or contact IEEE PDF eXpress for support.
Step 2.2. Once you have had an IEEE PDF eXpress account, log in to your account and click “Dashboard” on the left side.
Step 2.3. Under Dashboard, click “Create New Title”. Then enter your paper's title and upload the final PDF of your paper.
Step 2.4. Once you've uploaded your paper to IEEE PDF eXpress, please do click the TICK button under the “Action” column. Attached please find a picture showing the location of the TICK button.
Important: The final submission deadline is November 30, 2025.

Notes:
1) Manuscripts must be written in English;
2) The paper is divided into Regular Paper and Short Paper. The Short Paper should be four pages.The Regular Paper should be no less than 6 pages and no longer than 8 pages;(If the paper exceeds 6 pages, extra pages shoule be paid at 50 USD/page)
3) The topics of paper should be relevant to conference topics;
4）Both Regular and Short papers will be included in IEEE proceedings. A template can be downloaded from https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html;
5) Uplicate submission is prohibited.
